What are your rates for renting the shala?
We do not rent out the shala separately; our pricing covers the entire venue and facilities.
Are there any additional fees or taxes?
Our rates are inclusive of 11% government taxes and a 10% service charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please note that all payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. Last-minute bookings within 60 days require full payment upon confirmation.
Do you offer any discounts for long-term bookings or repeat clients?
We do not offer discounts for long-term bookings or repeat clients at this time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We recommend Wise.com for international transfers. For on-site payments, we accept cash and cards with a 3% surcharge for card transactions.
