Once availability is confirmed, initiate the reservation process by providing your preferred retreat dates.
Basundari will require a 15% deposit of a minimum of IDR 30,000,000 to secure your dates. This will serve as the first deposit.
Subsequent deposits will be due according to the payment schedule:

180 days before check-in: 15% of the balance
120 days before check-in: 15% of the balance
60 days before check-in: 55% balance
Last-minute bookings made within two months of the retreat dates require full payment upon confirmation.

Discuss your retreat requirements with Basundari, including dietary preferences, equipment needs, and any additional services or activities you would like to include.

Choose the accommodation options that best suits your group's needs, whether private rooms or shared accommodations.
Review room descriptions and tiers provided by Basundari to make informed decisions.

Decide on the preferred payment method for your deposits and final balance. Basundari recommends using Wise.com for international transfers.
Note that there is a 3% surcharge for card payments.

Coordinate transportation to and from Basundari with the assistance of our team.
Options include airport pick-up, drop-off, and shuttle services to nearby accommodations.

Customize the retreat space to meet your specific event needs, such as adjusting the setup of the yoga shala.
Discuss any noise restrictions or event timing considerations with Basundari.

Obtain necessary permits and certifications, including vaccination certification for entry into Bali/Indonesia.

Teaching in Bali requires a working permit to comply with local regulations. Basundari offers support to retreat leaders by assisting in navigating the process of obtaining one-month working permits, ensuring compliance and peace of mind during your retreat experience.

Finalize arrangements for catering, wellness services, excursion planning, and any other additional services required for your retreat.
