Alicia is an international yoga teacher and women’s empowerment coach focused on balancing energy, enhancing your personal power and helping you to cultivate everlasting self-love and genuine confidence that will overflow into all areas of your life.
Alicia had led transformative yoga classes and soul nourishing retreats in The Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Morocco. Through free-flowing movement, sweat-including strength, and shared insights, her yoga sequences are designed to shift your energy, magnify your self-awareness, and bring you into a state of loving self-acceptance.
Alicia offers her knowledge of yogic philosophy, feminine energy, chakra healing, sensual somatic embodiment and transformational breathwork to guide you through a reflective and empowering journey.

Two lovely pools are available for a refreshing swim. One is an infinity pool with views of coconut palm trees and rice fields, while the other has a deck-looking at trees and a 4m high Buddha statue. The sauna and ice bath are located next to the infinity pool in the main villa. Enjoy your wellness moments and fully relax and surrender to your experience. Arjuna Room even has it’s own infinity pool, for the people that want to enjoy the full privacy. The jungle surrounding the pools is a truly amazing experience. Hearing the sounds of the animals, the lush green palm trees and plants. Fully immersive yourself in this journey through nature and deep within yourself. An unique experience.
Eating, drinking, working and relaxing can be done at the café or the shared space next to the room Villa Mewa. There are plenty comfortable spots to choose. Food & drinks Basundari offers delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. A Juice Bar and many drinks are also available. Breakfast is served as a nutritious buffet style with fresh organic fruit and vegetables, whole grains, granola, muesli, nuts, selection of dried fruits, gluten free bread for toasting, infused water, herbs, salads, boiled eggs, yoghurt, teas and coffee. Lunch and dinner: One of Ubud’s most well-known local cooks prepares vegetarian/vegan/fish or meat lunch and dinner.

Mandala Suci Wenara Wana (or Ubud Monkey Forest) is the sanctuary and natural habitat of the Balinese long-tailed macaque. It is located at Padangtegal Ubud, Bali. About 1049 monkeys live in this sanctuary. The Monkey Forest Ubud has 186 species of plants and trees in 12,5 hectares of forest. Tegalalang Rice Terrace is one of the most beautiful places to visit in Bali. This stunning rice terrace is part of the Cultural Landscape of Bali Province UNESCO World Heritage Site. Rice farms in Tegalalang are using subak irrigation systems. This irrigation system is a unique farming style. Most of the rice farms in Indonesia have flat landscaping. Tegenungan Waterfall is the beautiful and hidden waterfall in Ubud Village. The water is furthermore clean and clear. Tegenungan is one of the waterfalls in Bali that isn’t situated in the highlands or mountains. It is approximately 15 meters high, so you can actually jump right into the waterfall.
