I’m Andreas, chef at Basundari. I specialize in Western cuisine and I am open-minded about accommodating guest requests. My goal is to always create the best food and provide the ultimate dining experience.
What do you like most about working at Basundari?
I enjoy the atmosphere at Basundari, as it feels like being part of a close family. Additionally, one of the highlights of my job is the tasting aspect, where I get to try all the flavors of the creations I prepare.
What is your favorite dish to prepare?
My vegan Lasagna
